Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final
Except where required by applicable law, all program purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes completed onboarding, coaching calls, digital resources, and partially used service periods.
By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and agree that access to program frameworks and coaching time has immediate value.
2. Discretionary Exceptions
Any exception, credit, or accommodation is granted solely atiAM360's discretion on a case-by-case basis and does not create an ongoing waiver, policy change, or precedent.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us first at support@iam360.com to resolve any billing concerns.
Improper chargebacks or reversals after receiving services or digital access may be treated as a material breach and may result in service suspension, collection activity, and recovery of costs to the extent permitted by law.
4. Cancellation and Non-Renewal
For installment or continuation arrangements, cancellation applies to future unpaid periods only and does not retroactively refund prior service periods.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@iam360.com.
5. Consumer Rights Savings Clause
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that may apply under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
